Located in the heart of the Abacoa Town Center, Advanced Fitness & Therapy provides the many amenities of a full service fitness facility and physical rehabilitation center, within the comfortable confines of Abacoa.

Ultimate Speed Sports Training

Advanced Fitness & Therapy at Abacoa is home to the Ultimate Speed, Inc. Sports Performance Training Facility. The Ultimate Speed Sports Performance Training System provides
state of the art sport specific training to increase strength, speed, endurance, balance, and agility.

We provide sports performance and speed training for golf, baseball, football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, soccer and track.

Advanced Fitness & Therapy at Abacoa houses experts in the fields of physical therapy, occupational therapy, sports performance training (through sister company Ultimate Speed) and personal training. Located in Jupiter, Florida, our goal is to provide expert services in a relaxed, fun and safe environment.
 
Formerly Innova Health & Fitness, our physical therapy department is under the direction of Dr. Ahmed Rashwan, who has a doctoral level degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. Read more about Ahmed here.

Active Release Techniques (ART) Certified

We are proud to announce that our physical therapist, Dr. Ahmed Rashwan, is now ART Certified. Advanced Fitness and Therapy at Abacoa is the only physical therapy center in Palm Beach County with an ART Certified Physical Therapist. ART Certification is "The Gold Standard in Soft Tissue Treatment". "ART is a patented, state of the art soft tissue system/movement based massage technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia and nerves". Conditions treated with Active Release Techniques are often a result of overused muscles. The ART provider uses his or her hands to evaluate the texture, tightness and movement of muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Read more about ART Certification.
